Dear TiVo customer:
This is confirmation that your replacement TiVo product for your TiVo Exchange has been shipped.
So in just over a day, I called the company, shipped my TiVo, got confirmation that they received it, and now have received a message that the replacement is on its way.
If all goes well, I’ll receive it tomorrow afternoon.
That’s quite an impressive response from TiVo. You have to love when customer service works the way it should.
