My next to last day at Walt Disney World was another fun one. I visited the Animal Kingdom theme park for the purpose of experiencing what is in my opinion, the most exciting attraction here - Expedition Everest. Like my previous time at the park, I enjoyed the ride so much, I did it twice. In a future entry, I am going to highlight all of the things I enjoyed the most about this trip, so I’ll talk more about Expedition Everest at that time. Suffice it to say that it is a scream-inducing adventure.

I also watched Mickey’s Jammin’ Jungle Parade for the first time. It is very colorful with quite a few creative puppets and floats. All of the core Disney characters were in the parade, along with a few other interesting choices.

I had dinner at Spoodles tonight, one of Disney World’s best moderately priced restaurants. I ordered a very tasty rigatoni dish with Italian sausage and tomatoes.

Here are a couple of photos from today’s adventure. You can see several more here.
