My Disney World adventure is at an end. Tomorrow morning I’ll drag myself out of bed, pack up the truck, and get on the road. During my stay, I was able to see quite a few things I had missed in my previous trips. I’m working on a couple more entries about my experience here but as for the daily reports, this is the finale.

Today I had lunch at the Sci-fi Dine-in, a restaurant at Disney’s Hollywood Studios made to look and feel like a drive-in movie theater. The tables look like small cars and diners are treated to cartoons. b-movie trailers, old “news from the future” reels, and all the concession stand advertisements they can handle. It is great fun and the food is pretty good.

While at Hollywood Studios, I also watched the Voyage of the Little Mermaid, a short stage show that mixes live actors, puppets, and animation.

I finished the day at Epcot, and while I was there I was able to meet a couple of well known fishermen.

*** UPDATE - I removed from the Internet a photo of myself with those two fishermen from the FV Northwestern ***

You can see my entire set of photographs from this trip here.
